Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has taken a decision for Under Graduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2021 syllabus. COMEDK UGET 2021 syllabus thus stands reduced and in the line of CBSE reduced syllabus. However, only the class 12 portion of the syllabus is being reduced. The entire syllabus of Class XI for the year 2019-20 will be considered.
The decision regarding the COMEDK syllabus was announced via an official notice on April 30, 2021. The notice reads:
“..it is learnt that the CBSE has reduced the syllabus which was inturn adopted as it is by the Karnataka State PU Board vide its circular dtd. 21.10.2020. In view of the above, the portions that have been reduced from Class XII syllabus for COMEDK’s UGET 2021 is annexed to this circular. However, it is made clear that entire syllabus of Class XI for the year 2019-20 will be considered.”
The official notice is as follows:

The notice has also highlighted the deleted portion of the class 12 syllabus that will not be asked in the COMEDK 2021 exam to be held on June 20, 2021. The deleted portions are:
