Chandigarh Administration has released the Chandigarh Administration Junior Engineer Answer Key 2021 on its official portal, chandigarh.gov.in on August 22, 2021. The candidates can check out the provisional answer key to get an idea of the rough marks scored by them in the Junior Engineer examination. Additionally, the administration has also notified that the candidates who find any error in the answer key can report the same till August 26, 2021. The final answer key for the Chandigarh Administration is going to be released on August 30, 2021. The administration will release the final result on August 31, 2021, for all the candidates.
As per the previous year stats, the Chandigarh Administration releases a final merit list for all the participants. The final selection of candidates will be based on the marks scored by them in the written exam as compared to the minimum qualifying marks. As per the official notification, the candidates need to score marks equivalent to the minimum qualifying marks i.e. 45% of the total marks for General/EWS/OBC candidates and 40% for SC/ST will be considered to be successful in the exam. The candidates higher on the merit list stand a chance to get the final appointment. The candidates can follow the steps mentioned in the space below to download their Chandigarh Administration Junior Engineer Answer Key 2021 :
Step 1: The candidates need to visit the official website, ctestservices.com/jrcivil/.
Step 2: On the homepage, they need to check out the link of “Provisional Answer Keys” and download the same to calculate the marks.
Step 3: After this, the candidates need to scroll along the answer key to check their set number.
Step 4: In the end, they can save a copy of the same on their device for calculating the marks scored in the exam.
According to the marking scheme, the candidates need to add 1 mark for each correct answer. While, for each wrong answer, they have to deduct marks equivalent to 0.25 marks.
The candidates who find an error on the official answer key can raise an objection against the same. For raising an objection, the candidates need to first apply on the [email protected] Then, they have to download the objection raising specimen and fill the same with all the relevant information. The candidates have to also attach the name of the source that confirms the error. Along with a duly filled grievance form, candidates need to draw a DD of Rs 590 drawn in favour of The Director, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh. The objection form and the DD has to be sent to, The Director, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Sector- 26, Chandigarh-160 019 via speed post before the last date.
The candidates whose objection is correct will get their objection money back as a refund. According to the previous year notice, the administration will release the final merit list once the final answer key with all the rectification has been released.
