Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released JEE Main 2018 Official Answer Key. It is available at jeemain.nic.in, from April 24 to 27, 2018. Candidates can use the official key to cross-check their answers in the exam. The candidates can also challenge the answer key of JEE Main 2018 in case of disagreement.

The challenge for OMR answer sheet and answer keys is accepted through online mode only. The candidates just need to access JEE Main 2018 Answer Key Login by entering the application number and password. Once login, candidates need to click on “Challange of Answer Key” tab. It is the third tab from left, as in the image below.

After clicking on this link, the window as shown below will open. Here, the candidates need to click on “Challange Answer Keys” tab.

Moving on further, the window as below will open and here the candidates will have to select Book Number (A, B, C, D) and Question Number. The answer will automatically appear. Then, the candidates will have to insert that answer which they think is correct in the “Claimed Answer” tab. The candidates can use the “Add” button to submit more challenges.

For each question challenged by the candidate, he / she will have to pay a prescribed fee of Rs. 1000 which can be paid either by debit or credit card. An expert committee will scrutinize the answer key along with the challenge and if found correct, the required changes will be made in the final answer key.
