Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) will release the CGBSE Class 10th Result 2021. today by 11:00 am. More than 4.61 lakh students had registered for the CG board matriculation exam this year. CGBSE class 10th result, is scheduled to be announced through the video conferencing method. Earlier, the students would check their CGBSE result on the official websites i.e. at cgbse.nic.in, or at results.cg.nic.in. Candidates awaiting their final CGBSE 10th results, can login with their roll number, to download the PDF copy of the same, as and when it is available.
Considering the COVID-19 crisis in the country and the utmost safety of the students, the CGBSE board had canceled the CGBSE class 10th examination for the year 2021. However, the officials shared a notification regarding the preparation of internal assessment marks, which has been used for putting together the CGBSE class 10th results of students. As per it, students are allotted 72 to 75 marks in theory subjects, 29-30 marks in any additional subject, they are appearing for and anywhere between 68-70 are given in case of practical examinations. In case, any student has not appeared for the practical examination and has not cleared the subject with minimum marks, then passing marks are allotted to them.
After the declaration of CGBSE class 10th result, the students have to choose their career pathways in the form of streams. These range from Arts, Commerce and Science. Students are advised to take ample amount of time, to finalize this decision. They can also take help from their teachers and parents, this case. The final selection of stream should utterly be based on the choice and passion of the students and how they visualize their career, in future. For example, the candidates aspiring to become doctors, should only take up PCB and those who want to sit for JEE, can opt for PCM.
In 2020, more than 376015 students appeared in the CGBSE class 10th examination and the overall percentage was about 74.15%. In this previous year, girls outshone boys with an overall percentage of 76.64% compared to 71.23%. Pragya Kashyap topped the CGBSE class 10th exam by scoring 100% marks, followed by Prashansa Rajput with 99.33% and Bharti Yadav and Nikhil Sao with 98.67%. Last year, more than 20-30 students scored 95 and above in the CG Board class 10th examination.
