Central Bank of India is inviting applications for the recruitment of a Counselor in Financial Literacy and Credit Counseling Center (FLCC) in the districts of Akola and Buldhana

Central Bank of India is inviting recruitment applications to fill up one vacancy for the post of Counselor in Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (SUAPS) Society. The organization has published the official notification of recruitment in this regard at the official website centralbankofindia.co.in. Eligible applicants are invited to apply in the prescribed proforma. The application format can be found appended with the detailed recruitment notification. The last date of receipt of applications along with necessary enclosures is August 10, 2020.

As per the detailed recruitment notification, there is a single vacancy available for the post of Counselor in the Financial Literacy and Credit Counseling Center (FLCC) in the districts of Akola and Buldhana with headquarters at Akola. The recruitment to such a post is to be done on an annual contract basis for a fixed salary along with other specified allowances. Appointed candidates are entitled to receive a fixed salary of Rs 15000 or as per the prescribed norms, whichever is lower. In addition, appointed candidates are entitled to receive Rs 500 per month for conveyance & mobile and Rs 300 per day as Diem allowance where the vehicle is not provided. Other allowances such as TA are applicable as per the grade/pay scale during the superannuation of the candidate.

Applicants must be within the age of 65 years in order to apply. It is essential to have a graduate or postgraduate degree in order to apply. In addition, candidates must have the specified experience and comply with the retirement policy. Applicants must have retired on VRS with a minimum service period of 20 years out of which, 15 years must have been in an Officer cadre. Candidates must have worked as a Branch Manager in any Public Sector Bank in a rural branch for a minimum of 03 years. Candidates who have worked as an Agriculture Finance Officer in a Rural Branch for 03 years or more are also eligible to apply. The recruitment is only open for the residents of Maharashtra state and applicants must be conversant in the local language. Applicants are advised to go through the detailed recruitment notification to know the complete eligibility conditions before applying.

Eligible applicants are to be selected on the basis of interviews. The bank shortlists the eligible candidates to be called for interview at their own discretion. Incomplete applications or applications received after the last date are automatically rejected. Therefore, candidates must take care to furnish the complete information in the application form and sign it before sending it. In addition, one must also affix a recent passport-sized photograph on the application form. All applications along with photocopies of supporting documents must be sent to the Regional Manager, Central Bank of India, Mangesh Mangal Karyalay, Adarsha Colony, Gorakshan Road, Akola-444001 (Maharashtra).
