Yesterday, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) successfully conducted the CDS 2 2018 examination. The examination procedure ended at 05:00 PM with Mathematics Paper. The CDS exam was held for three papers i.e. English, General knowledge and Maths. The exam started with the examination of English at 09:00 PM. The duration of each exam was 02 hours. The exams were lined up from morning 09 to 11 AM for English, 12 Noon to 02 PM for GK and 03 to 05 PM for Maths. As the exam ended the CDS answer key has been released by the various reputed coaching centers for each paper.
CDS 2 Answer Key 2018 helps the candidates in predicting their chance of qualifying in the examination. After the few weeks of the exams, the commission will release the official answer key of CDS 2 2018 at http://www.upsc.gov.in. The answer key has been released for all sets A, B, C, D. Each set contains 120 questions of 100 marks.
The candidates were found relaxed after the exam, as per their views all three exams were easy to moderate. According to the exam analysis prepared experts, it was found that the level of exams was quite easy and many question were asked last year as well. English and Mathematics questions were within the syllabus, but GK was a bit out of the room. Students were confident after the exam, they shared their joyous reaction.
UPSC decided minimum qualifying criteria of exam i.e. 20% for each exam. The candidates who will score the minimum qualifying marks in the exam those will be considered as qualified candidates.
In the month of January, CDS 2 result will be declared by the commission. The result will be in a form merit list and will contain the roll number of the qualified candidates. The candidates who will qualify the exam later those will be called for the SSB round.
Under SSB round two rounds will be there that are interview and personality test. Interview and PT will be conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB). The candidates who will qualify the SSB Tests those will be called for the medical examination. The medical examination is the last test but not the least one as the candidates who will pass the medical test those will be considered as the part of the Academy they have chosen.
