Centre for Development of Advanced Computing has released the application form for the September 2021 batch of the PG Diploma courses on cdac.in. The candidates can fill the application forms from July 9, 2021 to July 29, 2021. The entrance test for all the eligible candidates will be conducted on August 7, 2021 and August 8, 2021 in online mode. The admit card for the aforesaid exam will be released on August 7, 2021 and August 8, 2021. The online course for all the selected candidates will commence from September 21, 2021.
The candidates who wish to pursue the PG Diploma in any specialization offered by the Institute are required to abide by the basic eligibility criteria. The candidates must fulfill the common eligibility criteria and also must be a Graduate/Post-Graduate in the particular specialization with at least 50% marks in the aforesaid programme. The common eligibility criteria are passing having a Bachelor degree in Engineering in Telecommunications / Electrical / Instrumentation IT / Computer Science / Electronics. While for the postgraduate course the CET is having M.SC with IT, Electronics, Computer Science, with Mathematics as a subject in the Intermediate exam.
The CDAC C-CAT application form has been released online and the candidates are required to fill the same by visiting the official website of the Institute. Thereafter they are required to fill the application form the link of which is available on the homepage. Registration is the first phase of filling the application form wherein the candidates are required to register themselves by entering their Name, Email Id, Mobile Number, Source of Information, Password and hit the Register button.
Thereafter a Form Number and Password will be generated that should be used to login to access the Application form. On the application form the candidates are required to enter their Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Email Id, Mobile number, Nationality, State, Address, City and Pincode. Post this comes to the educational qualification section wherein the candidates are required to specify the degree name, University name, Percentage and Year of passing. The candidates are also required to choose the PG Diploma course the candidates are willing to apply for.
On the next page, the candidates will be required to upload their clear passport size photographs. In the end, the candidates have to pay the application fee in the online mode using Debit Card/Credit Card or Net banking. The application fee for Category I is Rs 1350 while for Category II i.e. Paper A+B the application fee is Rs 1550. The candidates applying for Category III i.e. Paper A+B+C is Rs 1750. Once the application fee is paid the candidates will have to choose the exam city from where they wish to appear for the CDAC C-CAT examination.
