For Humanities stream candidates, the Central Board of Secondary Education conducted the exam of History on March 25, 2019. Yesterday, the candidates of class 12 appeared for the exam from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. The reactions of the students are mixed about the History question paper. According to the students, the paper was lengthy but easy. However, for some of the students, there were some tricky questions too.

As per the experts, the source based questions from Part one might be a little tricky for the average student. The rest of the questions were easy and were directly asked from NCERT book. The question paper was balanced. All three sets had the same difficulty level.

A student specified a question number 13 in Set 3 and the question is ‘Moistening the rose garden of fortune’. This question had three parts. Two parts of 2 marks and one part of 3 marks. So, just this question had some difficulty. Apart from this, no question was as tough.

The next exam of class 12 students is on March 27, 2019. It is for Economics. The timing is the same for this exam also. So, the students will have to appear from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm for the exam. The last exam of class 12 is on April 04, 2019. The last exams are for Philosophy/ Entrepreneurship/ Humen Rights and Gender Studies/ Theatre Studies/ Library & Info Science. Earlier, it was scheduled on April 02, 2019.

There were a total of five parts in the entire question paper named A, B, C, D, and E. In Part-A, question number 1 to 3 were asked. These were of 2 marks each. 4 marks questions had come in part-B. This section had question number 4 to 9. Question number 10 to 12 were asked in Part-C. In this section, the CBSE board asked 8 marks questions each. In the Part-D, there were question numbers 13 to 15. These questions were source based. Part-E had map based questions. The question number was 16.

The students will have to reach the exam centre 10:00 am. After 10:15 am, they will not be allowed to sit for the exam. The question paper will be distributed at 10:15 am itself. The candidates will be given 15 minutes to fill the information on the answer sheet and to carefully read the question paper.

It is expected that after the completion of the exams, the result will be available on or before May 10, 2019. The students will get the CBSE Result 2019 online on the official website i.e. on cbseresults.nic.in. The candidates will be required to submit the roll number to check the result. Last year, the CBSE result for class 12 was announced on May 26, 2018.
