Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has concluded the Class 12 Business Administration exam today. The examination was held from 11:30 am to 01:00 pm for a total duration of 90 minutes. Sample papers and exam pattern for Term 1 were released by the CBSE on its official website, cbse.nic.in. Earlier, CBSE had notified that in observance of the ongoing pandemic, new measures including the bifurcation of the syllabus and the conducting of board exam in two terms would be initiated. The Class 12 Business Administration exam was based on this bifurcated syllabus.

According to the latest exam pattern, the Term 1 examination was conducted offline and the question paper was of the objective type based on the 50% syllabus prescribed by CBSE. According to the new pattern, the question paper was of multiple-choice format that included case-based MCQs, and MCQs on assertion-reason. The answers to the questions were to be marked on the OMR sheet provided. The Question paper was of 35 marks, divided into two sections A and B. Section A was of 5 marks and section B was of 30 marks. The question paper was completely based on 50% syllabus prescribed by CBSE, which is mentioned below:

- Self-Management Skills – 2 marks
- Information and Communication Skills – 2 marks
(Out of 6 only 5 questions are to be answered)
Part B: Subject Specific Skills (30 marks)

- Concept of Management – 11 questions
- Functions of Management – 13 questions
- Communications – 3 questions
