The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has already started the class 12 term 1 examinations for the minor subjects from November 16, 2021. Subjects like Food Production, Office Procedures & Practices, and Design will be held tomorrow, i.e. December 02, 2021. While Food Production and Office Procedures & Practices will be held from 11:30 AM to 01:00 PM, Design is going to be held for a duration of 01 hour from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
CBSE has already released the sample question papers for the term 1 examinations to help the students prepare better. These sample papers are available on the official website – cbseacademic.nic.in. To download the sample papers, here are the steps that one can follow.
Step 1- Go to the official website – cbseacademic.nic.in
Step 2- Select ‘Sample Question Paper’ and then select SQP 2021-22 > Class XII
Step 3- Now, find the link that reads ‘Click Here for SQP of Skills Subjects’
Step 4- Select ‘Class-XII Term 1’
Step 5- Find the required subjects and download the sample question papers

Students who will be appearing for the said subjects must take a look at the syllabus to be assured about their preparation.
- Food Production – A total of 08 units will be required for the term 1 examination. Three units that are needed from part A are Communication Skills-IV, Self-management Skills-IV and ICT Skills-IV. Similarly, five units are needed for part B and they are Indian Regional Cookery, Indian Snacks, Indian Gravies, Indian Sweets and Presentation of Indian Meals. - Office Procedures & Practices – This subject is divided into four parts, out of which the first two parts are on employability skills and subject-specific skills. For term 1, students will be requiring a total of 06 units under the first two parts. The first three units under part A are Communication Skills-IV, Self-management Skills-IV and ICT Skills-IV.
