Central Board of Secondary Education has declared the Class 10 Result 2019. Students can check the result at cbseresults.nic.in using roll number, date of birth, school number, centre number, and admit card ID. This year, around 16 lakh students passed the exam out of 18 lakh candidates who appeared for the Class 10 CBSE Boards.
CBSE Class 10 Toppers
A total of 13 students have scored 499 out of 500 marks in the CBSE Class 10 Result. In which 7 are males and 6 are females. Aglasem Congratulates Siddhant Pengoriya, Ish Madan, Aryan Jha, Vatsal Varshney, Ankur Mishra, Yogesh Kumar Gupta, Divyansh Wadhwa, Manya, Taru Jain, Bhavana Sivadas, Divjot Kaur Jaggi, Apoorva Jain, and Shivani Lath. Also, a total of 25 students have secured the second position with 498 out of 500 marks. The third position has been achieved by 59 students with 407/500 marks. Moreover, 225143 students have scored marks above 90%.
Girls Surpass Boys with 2.31 Percent
Likewise Class 12 Board Result, in Class 10 Result also, girls outshines boys. The total pass percentage of girls and boys are 92.45 and 90.14 respectively. Also, a performance by transgender students has shown a remarkable gain with an increase of 11.14% from the last year. The total pass percentage of transgender students is 94.74%. Former HRD Minister Smriti Irani’s daughter has scored 85% in Class 10 exams.
Trivandrum Again Tops in CBSE Class 10 Result
This year, Trivandrum has the highest passing percentage with a 99.85 figure. Students in this region also excelled in Class 12 CBSE Board 2019. It is followed by Chennai and Ajmer with 99% and 95.89% respectively. In the range of 90-95%, Panchkula, Prayagraj, Bhubaneswar, and Patna has the passing percentage of 93.72%, 92.55%, 92.32%, and 91.86% respectively. Delhi secured the 9th position with 80.97%
School-wise, Kendriya Vidyalayas (KV) students have shown the best performance with 99.47% of overall students passed the exam. Followed by Jawaharlal Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) with 98.57% of students passed the exam. A moderate performance this year has been delivered by government schools with 71.91 pass percentage.

Candidates can also check their CBSE Boards result using the SMS service. It can be done by sending “cbse10 <rollno> < sch no> < center no>” at 7738299899. Students can also download the Umang App, Microsoft SMS organizer (https://aka.ms/sms), and Digi Result.
Candidates finding difficulty in surfing the official website can also directly write “CBSE Class 10 Result” on the Google search. In case there is no internet connection, students can also Interactive Voice Response System.
