IIM Ahmedabad will declare the CAT result 2021 today, i.e. on January 3, 2022. The result can be declared at any time. All eyes are glued to the official website iimcat.ac.in.
1.92 Lakh candidates who appeared in the Common Admission Test (CAT exam 2021) on November 28, 2021, are eagerly waiting for their results. After the exam, IIM released the official answer key on December 8, 2021.
It may be noted that as per analysis of past year result date, it was expected that the result of CAT 2021 will be declared on January 1, 2022. However, on that day, the CAT helpline was contacted, who informed that they will declare the result on January 3, 2022, which is today.
CAT Result 2021 – Time
In 2020, the CAT exam result was declared at 5 PM.
In 2019, the CAT result was announced between 1 to 2 PM.
In 2018, the result release time was also between 1 to 2 PM.
As can be seen from the data, the result timings are erratic. If the result is declared today, it will be announced at anytime.
Where and how to check CAT 2021 result?
The result of CAT 2021 will be available at the login at iimcat.ac.in.
One has to login with user id and password in order to download the scorecard.
CAT 2021 Score vs Percentile – Expected Data
Experts predict that one will need more than 110 marks in order to get more than 99.95 percentile.
Those with over 95 marks will get more than 99 percentile.
Likewise, a score of over 85 will fetch better than 97.5 percentile.
