The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is going to declare the CA CPT June 2019 Result on July 18, 2019 at around 6 PM. The candidates will be able to check their result for CA CPT June 2019 online at icaiexam.icai.org, caresults.icai.org, and icai.nic.in.
Other than from the official website, the candidates can also check their result at their Email ID or by SMS. However, in order to get the result at their registered email id, the candidates need to register their request at the official website, icaiexam.icai.org from July 15, 2019, onwards. Only those who successfully submit their request before the last date will get their result at their registered email id.
Furthermore, the facility to get the result of Common Proficiency Test (CPT) held in June 2019 by SMS is also made available for the candidates. For getting results through SMS candidates should type: CACPT(Space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six digit Common Proficiency Test roll number of the candidate), e.g. CACPT 000171 and send the message to 58888 – for all mobile services.
In order to check the result online at any of the official websites, the candidates need to login by entering their registration number or PIN no. along with his/her roll number.
Now, in order to qualify the CPT exam, the candidates need to obtain minimum qualifying marks. The candidates need to obtain 30 per cent marks in each Section in one sitting and a minimum of 50 per cent marks in the aggregate of all Sections.
After the declaration of CA CPT result, the Institute issues the Result Card to all the candidates who appeared for the exam. The Result card is generally sent to the candidates at least 02 weeks after the declaration of result.
The qualifiers in the CA CPT June 2019 exam, will be then eligible to register for Intermediate (IPC) / Intermediate Course.
The Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is a gateway to enter into the profession of Chartered Accountancy (CA). It is conducted twice a year – first in December and then in June.
