BSTC 2018 Result Announced; Jairam from Jalore Topped with 515 marks

Govind Guru Tribal University, Banswara, has declared Rajasthan BSTC 2018 Result. The result has been announced online, on the official website bstcggtu2018.com. All the candidates who appeared for the exam on May 06, 2018, can now check their result.

In order to check the result, the candidates need to visit the official website and click on the appropriate link for result. Next, the candidates will have to enter the token number, form number, roll number, general details, or mobile number etc to log in. When done entering the details, click on the ‘proceed’ button and check your BSTC result 2018.

The Minister for Education, Rajasthan (Primary & Secondary Education Independent Charge), Vasudev Devanani told that Jairam, the residence of Jalore has topped the list with 515 marks. Second place has been secured by Puja Gaur. Suresh Kumar Saini has topped the list in Sanskrit and rank two has been bagged by Priya Chaudhary. Candidates will be given admission to 20920 total seats.

To qualify the examination, it is expected that the cut off for BSTC 2018 will be 426 for candidates belonging to General Male category, 408 for General Female category, 399 for SC Male and 365 for SC Female, 412 for ST Male, 382 for ST Female, 353 for TST Male, 307 for TST Female, 404 for SBC Male, and 365 for SB Female.

The qualifiers of the entrance test will then have to appear for BSTC Counselling. It is expected that the counseling shall start from July 2018. There will be 02 rounds of counseling.  The schedule for counseling will be published online at the official website of BSTC soon after the declaration of result.

At the time of counseling, the candidates need to submit their preferences of colleges. The allotment of seat will be done on the basis of candidate’s merit in the entrance test, choices filled and availability of seats.

Congratulations to all the candidates who have qualified the exam. However, those who could not qualify the exam do not feel disheartened. Do not lose hope and keep working hard for your dreams.

Rajasthan BSTC is a state level entrance examination which is conducted by Govind Guru Tribal University (GGTu), formerly known by Rajiv Gandhi Tribal University. The candidates will be offered admission in the Basic school teaching courses at the various institutes and colleges of the state of Rajasthan on the basis of their performance in BSTC 2018.
