Bokaro Power Supply Company Limited is conducting a recruitment process for the engagement of the Company Secretary. An official notification in this regard with Advt. No. BPSCL/P&A/Rect/2020/08 has been released on the BPSCL website, bpscl.com. As per the notification, only 01 vacancies are announced under this recruitment. Those who are eligible can submit their forms before the last date i.e September 14, 2020.
The graduate who has a membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India are eligible for Company Secretary post. In addition, candidates who possess the qualification of ICWA/CA/LLB/LLM qualification from recognized institute/ university are preferred. Moreover, the applicant’s age should not exceed that of 40 years as on August 01, 2020. They must have a minimum of 08 years of relevant post qualification work experience in regular executive cadre in company secretarial work. Aspirants should know how to conduct meetings of the Board of Directors, committees of the board, handling legal matters, finalization of the reports and other related activities.
Interested and eligible candidates have to submit the BPSCL recruitment application form by visiting bpscl.com. On successful registration, login ID and the registration number is generated for logging in to the BPSCL application form. Also, applicants have to upload passport size photograph, scanned copy of the signature, proof of essential qualification. The completely filled application form should be submitted via speed post to Manager (P&A), BPSCL, Hall No. M-01, Old Administrative Building, Ispat Bhawan, Bokaro Steel City- 827001, Jharkhand. The hard copy of the form should reach the specified address before September 24, 2020. The envelope should be superscribed with the Advertisement number and post applied for.
Candidates should pay the application fee online. The non-refundable fee should be submitted to UCO Bank A/c No. 02430201002084, Branch: Sector-4, Bokaro (IFSC Code: UCBA0000243). Applicants must note down the transaction reference number and date of the transaction as these details should be mentioned on the application form. Unreserved category and OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- as the application fee. However, SC/ ST/ Ex-servicemen/ PWD category candidates are free from the fee submission.
Selection as Company Secretary post is based on the Educational/ Professional qualification, post qualification experience and personal interview performance of the applicant. The screening and selection are determined by the details provided by the candidates in the application form. Those who are found eligible as per the application form are called for the BPSCL interview. Call letters will be sent to eligible candidates accordingly.
