From 2019 session onwards, the Bihar Board will provide the 10 sets of question papers to the students of class 10 and 12. So, the candidates who will appear the board exams in the month of February 2019 will get any of the question paper set from those 10 sets. These sets will be named as A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J. So, it would be easy for the board to differentiate the students on the basis of the set they would get. It will also be helpful in terms of the security in the exams. After following this step, there would be fewer chances of cheating and leak of the question papers.
Earlier, the board had provided 10 sets of question papers for the compartment exams. It is mandatory for the students to write the set name on the answer sheet. If the candidates will not follow this instruction then their marks may get decreased.
Board will Provide Details on Answer Sheet
As per the latest information, the students of class 10, 12 will not have to write any of the information on the answer sheet. Bihar board will itself write the roll number of the candidates, Student’s roll code, registration number, the name of the candidates etc. Board Director Mr. Anand Kishore has confirmed this news to the press. He stated that this year, major changes have been made in filling the answer sheets. In the previous year, the students had got the circles to fill the information. But from this year, all these activities will be done by the board. The students will have to only do the signature on the first page of the answer sheet. Other than this, they will have to write the question paper language and its set name.
Mr. Kishore further added that there were some students whose results were pending due to the wrong information on the answer sheet. So, from this time onwards, the board will already fill all the correct details. So that there would be fewer chances of the error on the answer sheet.
Till now, the board never gave the extra time to fill the information. They had only given 15 minutes to read the question paper once. So, the candidates had to read the paper and fill the instructions within that period of time. To avoid that issue and inconvenience, the board has taken this initiative.
Dummy Admit Card on November 28
The Bihar Board will issue the dummy admit card for class 12 students on November 28, 2018. It will be available till December 07, 2018. Within this period of time, if there would be an error on the admit card then it would be made correct.
