Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga will be conducting the Bihar B.Ed Combined Entrance Test (CET) 2022. Although the online application process is yet to begin, candidates have to submit application forms once the link is activated on the official site. This time, the exam will be held in the offline mode.
What is Bihar B.Ed CET 2022? What is the tender document?
The Bihar B.Ed CET examination is conducted every year. Candidates appear for the examination to seek admission to the B.Ed courses in the colleges in the state. The seat allocation process is done via counseling. For the 2022 session, LNMU has released the tender document inviting bids. So, here are some key aspects pertaining to the Bihar B.Ed CET 2022 examination.
Application Details
The official notification for Bihar B.Ed CET 2022 is expected to be released in April prior to the commencement of the application process. Every candidate will be issued with a unique registration number using which they can fill up the application form. Later on, a list of candidates will be published on the official website for the correction of particulars such as the candidate’s name and father’s name. Thereafter, the e-admit cards will be hosted on the official website which the candidates can download for checking their examination centres and other details.
Examination Mode
As understood from the tender, Bihar B.Ed CET 2022 will be held in the offline mode. Candidates will be required to mark the answers on the OMR sheets which also mean that there will be objective-type questions in the examination. These OMR sheets will then be evaluated by the conducting authority.
According to a News18 report, the examination will be conducted on June 23, 2022, while the application process for the same will begin on April 25, 2022. Lately, the LNMU has released the tender bid for conducting the examination. The last date for bid submission is March 22, 2022, by 3 PM.
Help and Assistance
Candidates, in case of any difficulty, can get help and suggestions via the helpdesk that will be provided. There will also be a provision of email and SMS alerts for the candidates to stay updated with all sorts of notifications. Necessary training modules will be developed and provided to the candidates. To keep the process hassle-free, FAQs are going to be developed and displayed on the official website. The call centres for solving the queries of the candidates will remain operational from 9 AM to 5 PM. In addition to that, there will be audio-visual training modules on the official website so that the users find it useful and convenient.
To ensure some transparency, the registered candidates will be provided with their OMR answer sheet image and answer key. The result sheets will then be generated and published. Candidates will also receive their result-cum-merit via SMS and email facilities. They can then fill out the preference and registration forms for the colleges via online counseling. However, to be eligible for counseling, they will be required to pay the requisite fee.
