Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana and AP Best Performing State in NEET 2018

The most awaited result, NEET 2018 is declared today. On June 04, 2018 at 12: 15 pm CBSE has announced the destination of the lakhs of students. This year total 7,14,762 students have appeared for the examinations. Wherein 12,69,999 students have appeared for the examinations. This is the overall data of NEET 2018 examination. There were lakhs of students who have appeared for the NEET 2018 exams across India. And now, its time to time to analyze the result of NEET 2018 state wise.

Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, and AP are the states in India which scores the high passing percentage. 

In terms of the registered, appeared, and qualified as well as passing percentage Rajasthan is at the top position followed by Delhi, Haryana, and AP.

In Rajasthan, 82000 are the total number of students registered for NEET 2018 where 79,057 students appeared and 58,738 students qualified for the NEET exam at the state level. In terms of the percentage, 74% is the total passing percentage of the students from the Rajasthan.

Delhi is the state at the second position with total 28,463 students registered while 27,666 students appeared for the examination. 20,397 is the total figure of the students who qualified the NEET exam from the Delhi state. In terms of percentage, Delhi scores total 73% as a passing percentage.

While in Haryana, 30,542 students have registered for themselves for NEET examinations. Out of which total 29,046 students appeared for the examination. Wherein 21,398 students qualified for it. And 72% is the total passing percentage of the students scored at the state level.

As in the third position is shared by the two states one is Haryana and the other is AP with total 72%. In AP,  total 51,229 students registered for the examinations while 49,253 are the total students who appeared for it from AP state. 35,732 is the total figure of the students qualified for NEET 2018.

Apart from these three top states Chandigarh state also maintains the good passing percentage record with 71%. If we talk in terms of the figures, then from this state 1,344 students registered for the examinations, 1,309 appeared for it and only 940 students who qualified the NEET 2018 from the Chandigarh state.

There are many other states in the list which scored the good passing percentage and set a new record. Apart from this, there are few who have scored less passing percentage as compared to other states. These are Nagaland with 29% followed by Daman and Diu with 34% and Maharashtra with 39%.

NEET 2018 is conducted by CBSE on May 06, 2018. All those students who have appeared for the NEET examination have received their scorecard today through its official website- cbseresults.nic.in. As per the latest reports this year the girls have performed better as compared to boys. The All India topper is Kalpana Kumari from Bihar, has set a new record for the session 2018.
