Broadcasting Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), a mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise had invited 2,684 applications for the post of skilled and unskilled employees, Electrical engineer consultant and Accounts Executive under contractual basis to work under the government projects of India vide BECIL/CONTRACT JOB /Advt.2019/02. The registration process for the same started on July 10 and was supposed to close on July 25.
However, due to some technical issues on the online registration portal, the last date of submission of the online application form has been extended until August 14, 2019. To be eligible for BECIL Manpower recruitment 2019, for “skilled” posts, one should be an ITI certificate holder in electrical or wireman trade, or, higher technical degree diploma in engineering, and or shall possess overhead certificate for electrical safety. The “unskilled” manpower recruitment requires 8th pass from any board with at least one year experience preferably in electrical systems.

The electrical engineer consultant aspirants must have completed their B.Tech in Electrical and have at least five years of experience in electrical system. Vidyut Vitran Nigam retired personnels shall get preference. The accounts executive aspirants should hold any of the degrees B.Com, M. Com, MBA in (Finance) and have a 5 year experience in the filed of EPF, ESI and taxation.
There are 1336 vacancies in the Skilled manpower position, 1342 vacancies in Un-skilled manpower position, 04 vacancies in Electrical engineer consultant and 02 vacancies in accounts executive role.
The skilled candidates will receive a minimum wage of 9,381.06/- whereas an unskilled candidate will obtain a wage of 7,613.42/-. The salary of an electrical engineer consultant will be based upon the merit and experience and within the range of 30,000/- to 50,000/-. Similarly, for the post of Accounts executive, the salary will be around 20,000/- to 30,000/-. The contribution of EPF and ESI and all other statutory dues shall be deducted from the salary of the employee in accordance with the Statutory Acts. In case of rural areas, since the ESI facility is not available, the WC policy will be given to the employees. The selected candidates will be deployed under government project like – Vidyut Vitran Nigam, Uttar Pradesh.
