CBSE Declares CTET July 2019 Result; 3.52 Lakh Qualify

CTET Result July 2019 can now be checked at ctet.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the result for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) July 2019 today, on July 30, 2019, at 3.30 pm. The candidates can check their CTET Result online at ctet.nic.in. The 12th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) was conducted on July 07, 2019 in twenty languages in 97 cities all over the country. 

As per reports, 3.52 lakh candidates have qualified. Around 29.22 lakh candidates had registered for the exam, and 23.77 lakh had appeared.

To check the result, the candidates need to visit the official website at ctet.nic.in. On the homepage of the website, at the bottom of the page, click on the link for CTET July 2019 result.  Next, the candidates have to login by entering their Roll number and then click on the “Search” button to submit the details. After submitting the roll number, in the next screen, candidates can view/ download their result. Lastly, take a print out of the result for future reference. 

The marks statement for CTET July 2019 consist of detals like roll number, candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, catgeory, marks obtained in each subject, total marks obtained. The marks statement is issued to all those candidates who appeared in the test.

According to CBSE, the machine-gradable OMR answer sheets are evaluated with extreme care and are repeatedly scrutinized. Hence, request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of OMR Answer Sheets will not be entertained. Furthermore, no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

In order to qualify the test, the candidates had to obtain 60% that is 90 marks out of 150. The cut off marks are same for Paper 1 and Paper 2 both. In case if a candidate has appeared in both paper 1 and paper 2, and he has obtained 60% in any one paper, then he/she will be declared as qualified in that paper only.

The CTET Result 2019 / Certificate is valid till 7 years from date of declaration of result. After the declaration of result, the CBSE releases the CTET Certificate and mark sheet at Digilocker. The CTET 2019 result and the certificate will be digitally signed and will be valid as per the IT Act. The Digilocker account of all the candidates will be created and details of account credentials will be sent to candidates on their registered mobile numbers registered with CBSE. Candidates can login to Digilocker with their login credentials to download CTET Result 2019 Certificate and Mark Sheet.

In case if a candidate wants to get the duplicate copy of CTET Marks Statement or CTET Eligibility Certificate, they have to fill the “Application Form for Duplicate Marks Statement/ Qualifying Certificate” in their own handwriting and submit it with fees of Rs 200 + Rs 35 (postal charges) per document via DD. The request for duplicate marks statement/ certificate must be submitted within 14 working days from the date of receipt of Application Form. Applicants must mention complete Postal Address with Pin Code and Mobile on the Application Form.
