BEAD Pharmacy Result 2021 out at beadpharmacy.org – Know Where and How to Check?

Candidates who pass the exam will be awarded the pass certificate, which will make them eligible to apply for apprenticeship.

The Board of Examining Authority D. Pharmacy (BEAD Pharmacy) had released the 2nd year exam results on the official website beadpharmacy.org. The theory exams were conducted from October 25 to 30, 2021. The practical exams commenced on November 02, 2021. The final marks are calculated based on theory marks, sessional marks, and practical marks. Candidates who have successfully passed the exams are eligible for apprenticeship.

How to check the BEAD Pharmacy Result 2021?

Step 1: Visit the BEAD official website beadpharmacy.org

Step 2: Under ‘Latest News’ click on the link for ‘D-Pharmacy 2nd year October 2021 Results announced’.

Step 3: Candidates will be redirected to another page. Enter the registration number and click on the ‘Result’ tab.

Step 4: Candidate’s result will be displayed. It is advised that the candidates take a printout of the results.

Exam Pattern

The sessional marks have a weightage of 20 marks (Sessional marks = 10 + Assessment marks = 10). Candidates should secure minimum 40% marks in each of the theory and practical subjects to pass the exam. Candidates securing more than 60% in all the subjects will pass the exams with first class. Candidates who secure more than 75% marks in all the subjects will pass with distinction. On qualifying the exams, the candidates will be awarded a pass certificate by the Board of Examining Authority. Candidates who wish to improve their sessional marks in theory subjects can appear for the Improvement exams in the next academic session.

The certified candidates can apply for apprenticeship in hospitals/ dispensaries/ drug manufacturing units/ under druggists or pharmacists. The minimum training period is 3 months with at least 500 hours of training. After this, the candidates are eligible to be awarded the Certificate of Diploma in Pharmacy.
