Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services (ARIAS) Society has announced 07 vacancies on contractual basis. The vacancies are for posts of Post Harvest Management Expert (PHME) and Post Harvest Coordinator (PHC). Candidates must go through the official notification carefully before applying for the recruitment.
As per the recruitment notification, one vacancy is available for the post of Post Harvest Management Expert (PHME) and 06 vacancies are available for the post of Post Harvest Coordinator (PHC). The vacancies are to be filled up on a contractual basis under World Bank Financed Assam Agribusiness & Rural Transformation Project (APART). Eligible applicants are to be selected for appointment through an interview. Appointed candidates are entitled to receive CTP in the range of Rs 6.60 to Rs 10.80 lacs per year for the post of PHME. On the other hand, candidates appointed to the post of PHC are entitled to receive CTP in the range of Rs 4.20 to Rs 6.10 per year.
Applicants must ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility conditions before applying for the recruitment. In order to apply for the post of PHME, candidates must have a Masters degree/Post Graduate Diploma (2 years or more) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Post Harvest Technology, Post Harvest Management, Food Science, Food Technology or any other closely related field. In addition, minimum experience of 05 years in Post Harvest management of Agriculture/Horticulture commodities is also required. The age of the applicants cannot be more than 40 years as on August 01, 2020 in order to apply for the post.
Those who are willing to apply for the post of PHC must be within the maximum age of 35 years as on August 01, 2020. Such applicants must have a Graduate Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Processing, Food Science & Technology, Post Harvest Management or a closely related field. In addition, 03 years or more of experience in the domain of Post Harvest Management, Agro Logistics and SCM of Agriculture/Horticulture commodities is also required to apply for this recruitment.
