AP Vaidya Vidhana Parsha Hospitals, Visakhapatnam district is inviting eligible candidates to submit their applications for the post of Staff Nurse, Lab Technician, Pharmacist. Shortlisted candidates for Staff Nurse are offered Rs.34,000/- per month salary, Lab Technician and Pharmacist Grade-II receives Rs.28,000/- salary per month. The recruitment for 123 Staff Nurse, 01 Lab Technician and 12 Pharmacist is on contractual basis under the administrative control of A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Hospital, Visakhapatnam district. Eligible candidates have to submit their offline applications in the prescribed format before the last date which is July 15, 2020.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates only through the offline procedure. Candidates have to submit their representations for the post in prescribed format to the Dist. Coordinator of Hospital Service, Pedawaltair, Opp: Govt. ENT Hospital, Visakhapatnam. Along with the filled application form, candidates must attach attested copy of latest caste certificate, marks memo of 10th class, study certificates from class 4th to class 10th, latest nativity certificate issued by the Tahsildar, 12th marks memo, M.Sc.Nursing/BSc Nursing/GNM Certificate Course Certificate/D.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy course certificates/Inter Vocational MLT/DMLT/BSc.MLT, Physical Handicap certificate, Ex-servicemen certificate, Nursing counsel registration certificate of GNM/BSC Nr./AP Paramedical registration and experience certificate. Candidates have to paste a passport size photograph with Gazetted attestation on the application form. If candidates fail to submit the online latest caste certificate/Ex-servicemen certificate/Phycailly Handicap Certificate they are treated under OC category.
Before candidates proceed to apply for the said posts, they must ensure that they are within the age limit specified. The maximum age limit for Staff Nurse, Lab Technician and Pharmacist of Other Category candidates is 40 years. Candidates who belong to Scheduled caste and Scheduled tribes, Physically handicap and Ex-servicemen category have the upper age relaxation as per reservation norms. The upper age limit for SC/ST candidates is relaxed up to 05 years, 10 years for Physically Handicapped persons and 03 years for Ex-servicemen candidates.
To apply for Staff Nurse, candidates must have General Nursing and Midwifery Course certificate and registration certificate in AP Nursing Council Valid up to date of renewal. GNM Maks Memorandum is necessary for Staff Nurse post. For Lab Technician, Inter Vocational MLT/DMLT/B.Sc MLT from government recognized institute is necessary. Along with this, candidates should have registered themselves with AP Paramedical Registration Board and possess marks memorandum of MLT/DMLT/B.Sc MLT course. Candidates who wish to apply for Pharmacist Grade-II should have D.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/M. Pharmacy from government recognized university, Marks Memorandum of M.Pharm/B. Pharm and must be registered in Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Registration Council.
