APSC CCE Answer Key 2018

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has conducted the Combined Competitive Exam (CCE) on December 30, 2018. The APSC CCE Answer key for General Studies (Paper I) and Paper II (for the optional subject) is available. The candidates who have appeared in the exam can check the answer key now.

The answer key for the written objective type examination is compiled by various reputed coaching centers and other sources like youtube channel. The candidates can rely on the answer key until the Commission releases the official keys.

The official answer key will be released at http://www.apsc.nic.in after a few weeks of the APSC CCE exam. The Commission will release the provisional answer key, and after taking the consideration on the objections of candidates, it will release the final answer key. For each set, the keys will be released separately. Prior, the candidates have to check the set carefully which he/she has solved in the examination.

Here the candidates should note that since the question paper of General Studies (Paper I) has fours sets, so the answer key for GS will be released set wise. But the Paper II of CCE was elective and the candidates chose the subject for the exam, so it had only one set of paper and answer key. For paper II the Commission decided 28 subjects so the answer key will be released for the 28 subjects.

With help of answer key and marking scheme, the candidates can estimate their score. Each paper of CCE is of 200 marks, thus the preliminary exam is of 400 marks. The candidates have to score minimum qualifying marks to qualify the exam.

Those who will score more than or equal to minimum qualifying marks will be treated as qualifiers of prelims. They will have their name/ roll number in CCE (prelims) result. As of now, there is no solid information on declaration of prelims result.

After the conduction of prelims, the Commission shall call the candidates equal to the number of 11 to 12 times the number of vacancies notified. Similarly, candidate equal to the twice number of vacancy, will be called for the personal interview.
