Air India is inviting Indian nationals for the post of Chief Financial Officer. Candidates who are shortlisted for the post of Chief Financial Officer receives a salary of Rs.1,50,000/- per month. Under this post, newly appointed CFO has to take care of all the financial activities of the company which is Air India. Shortlisted aspirants are posted in Delhi only. Candidates are appointed on a Fixed Term Employment Agreement. Only 01 vacancies are announced for the said post. The process for the submission of application form is conducted through an offline process. Aspirants have to submit the representations for the post by July 22, 2020, before the close of the office hours.
Candidates who wish to apply should first visit the careers page on the official website, airindia.com. Hereon, they shall download the application form for Chief Financial Officer. The filled-in application form, a recent passport size photograph in the space provided in the form, one set of photocopies of the documents in support of the date of birth, caste, qualification, experience, EWS certificate, etc, should be sent before the last date. Candidates have to superscribe the envelope and send it to the following address, ‘Post Applied for Chief Financial Officer, Alliance Air, Personnel Department, Alliance Bhawan, Domestic Terminal – 1, IGI Airport, New Delhi – 110037’. Along with the application form and documents, candidates also have to attach a demand draft of Rs.1,500 to Airline Allied Services Limited, payable at New Delhi. The prescribed application fee is not applicable for Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates.
Interested candidates must have qualified the Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India tor the Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accounts of India. Moreover, these candidates should also be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India or a member of the Institue of Cost and Works Association. Aspirant’s age should not be more than 59 years as on August 01, 2020.
Candidates shall also have minimum 15 years of work experience in maintenance of Accounts, budget, Final Accounts, Financial planning, Expenditure Accounting, Working Capital Management, Revenue Accounting, statutory Compliance, Auditing and Taxation Matters, etc. They should also have work experience in the implementation of financial packages/ERP/SAP for automation and financial processing. Out of the total 15 years experience, it is compulsory to have minimum 03 years of experience in Senior Position in the relevant service industry. The work experience must be attained after the qualifications only.
