All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Jodhpur has released the answer key of Office Assistant and Stenographer recruitment exam at aiimsjodhpur.edu.in. Candidates who had appeared in the exam can now go through the question paper, answer key, responses and submit objections by December 19, 2019, 2 pm. AIIMS Jodhpur had conducted the recruitment test in an online, computer based test mode, on December 10, 2019.
To check the official answer keys, one has to go to aiimsjodhpur.edu.in/facultyrecruitment.php. Said page has a table with each row dedicated to one ongoing, old, or upcoming recruitment. Here, look at the row where first column reads “advertisement no: Admn/Estt/04/2018-AIIMS.JDH recruitment to the various group – B,C posts in the institute on direct recruitment basis”. In the same row, in the last column, are the links to check answer key, raise objections.
AIIMS Jodhpur, in its notification on answer key issuance says “Candidates can now see their question paper with the choice marked by them, their marks thus obtained and even the correct choice (Key) for same only using online dashboard. No such key/ question paper exists in hard copy”.
The institute has provided facilities for checking answers and responses under the tab titled response in candidate dashboard. Whereas submission of objections is through the tab named objection in the same dashboard. In one go, candidates can submit objections against 5 questions only. If objections need to be raised against more questions, then candidates have to first submit the query for the first 5 questions, then again go through the same process for other questions against which complaint has to be made.
Before submitting any objection, it is mandatory for the candidate to upload documents in support of the same. Maximum 3 documents per question can be uploaded. Also, for every question, one has to pay a fee of Rs 100; this will be a non refundable amount.
Since a limited time has been provided to carry out this, and after the window closes no one will be able to access their papers, AIIMS has further suggested candidates to keep a printout of the question paper, with marked responses and correct answers for future reference. In this regard, the institute says “As we are proving the key and your question paper with answers marked by you, any request to provide them in future may not be feasible.”
AIIMS Jodhpur recruitment 2019 is being done per the details notified in advertisements Admn/Estt/04/2018-AIIMS.JDH and Admn/Estt/05/2018-AIIMS.JDH. Online applications were accepted from March 25 to April 23, 2019.
There are 34 vacancies of stenographer, and 18 of office assistant (ns). For the former, 12th pass candidates with relevant dictation and transcription skills, and for the latter, graduates with a proficiency in computers were invited to apply. Stenographer post is in level 4 of the pay matrix, and office assistant is in level 6.
