The Bar Council of India (BCI) has notified at the official website that the result for AIBE 2019 is going to be announced tentatively by the end of March 2019. The announcement has been made on the website, allindiabarexamination.com. The result for AIBE 13 2019 was expected to be released since the beginning of this month. However, it has been delayed twice now.
First, the AIBE 2019 Result was supposed to be announced on February 25, 2019. However, it was then notified that the result has been delayed and it will now be announced by the 01st week of Mt arch 2019. But then it also got delayed. Now, BCI finally released an announcement regarding the AIBE 2019 Result.
The candidates will be able to check their result online at the official website of AIBE. Then on the homepage of the website, the candidates need to click on the link “AIBE Result XIII”. In the next screen, a login page will appear on the screen. The candidates will then have to log in by entering their Registration ID and Password. Then click on the “Login” button to submit the details. On submitting the details, the result of the candidate will appear on the screen. Lastly, after checking the result, the candidates may download and take a print out of the result.
If a candidate does not remember their password, then he/she can retrieve it online. On the login for checking the result, the candidates need to click on the link “Forgot Password? Click Here”. Next, the candidates need to enter their Registration Id or Mobile No and Date of Birth. Then click on the “Submit” button and the Password will appear on the screen.
The result for AIBE 2019 consist of details such as Name of the candidate, Enrollment number, Roll number, Result status of the candidate, i.e. pass/ fail status of the candidate.
The exam conducting body sets a minimum cut off marks which a candidate needs to obtain in order to qualify the test. The minimum qualifying marks for AIBE 2019 is 40%, which means, that a candidate should obtain 40 out of 100 marks.
On the basis of the candidate’s performance in the All India Bar Examination (AIBE), the candidates who perform well in the exam will be able to practice law and will also be provided the ‘certificate of Practice’.
After the declaration of AIBE result 2019, the exam conducting body also provides the facility to the candidates for rechecking of the result. The request for re-checking of the result will be available for a limited time period only, hence, the candidates must submit the request before the deadline. With the request, the candidates shall also have to pay an amount of Rs. 250/-. The result for the rechecking of the result will be available for a check within 7 working days after the application for revaluation is received.
