Candidates who appeared for AIBE (12) 2018 exam can now check their result on the offcial website. The Bar Council of India (BCI) had confirmed that the result will get declared in the first week of September. However, as a good news, the Bar Council declared the AIBE (12) 2018 Result on August 29, 2018.
BCI conducted the All India Bar Examination on June 10, 2018. Since the results are out, candidates can check their qualifying status in the exam. To get your result, visit the official website of the Bar Council of India, allindiabarexamination.com and provide the relevant details. Students will have to enter their roll number and the date of birth. Once the students submit the details, on a new screen, the AIBE (12) 2018 Result will be shown to them. At this point, the students have to quickly take a printout (Colored, Just in Case) and keep it safe for future references.
The whole procedure of the declaration of result took quite some time and the candidates were restless. Their restlessness was acceptable since it had been more than one and a half month since the AIBE 2018 exam was announced and there was no sign of any official announcement for the result. Also, it is not the first time that the Bar Council of India delayed the result. Previous year also, the results were delayed because of no provided reason.
AIBE exam is conducted for the advocates so as to check their capabilities of practicing law in India. According to the stats, the exam was conducted in 44 states and in 11 languages. As per the standard procedure, the exam was conducted in the Pen and Paper mode. The AIBE exam that is conducted as an open book exam requires the students to score at least 40% of the total marks. Evaluation of the advocates includes checking their Analytical skills as well as their awareness of the law and order.
Those students who are qualified in the AIBE 2018 exam will be issued the Certificate of Practice. Just in case any candidate doesn’t know what their Roll Number is, the roll number retrieving facility is there. On the official login page, the students will be able to see under the fields, the “Forgot Password” link. Candidates can click on that link and a window will open where you can enter the Registered mobile number or Email ID. Upon submitting, the students will be sent the Roll Number via SMS/Email
Candidates who want to get their Answer Sheets reevaluated can do so. However, students will have 28 days to ask for the re-evaluation of marks. Candidates will be required to pay Rs 200 as the fee for the re-evaluation of marks. The amount has to be submitted in the name of the Bar Council of India through a demand draft. After careful rechecking, the students will get their answer sheets reevaluated within 7 days. Also, the candidates can personally visit the Bar Council of India to check the same.
