The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the All India Bar Examination 2019 (AIBE-2019) admit card today. The AIBE 2019 Admit Card has been released on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. The released admit card is essential for the students appearing for AIBE 2019 exam on December 23, 2018. BCI is going to conduct the open book examination for the advocates who have attained their law degree and after 2009-2010 onwards. It is necessary for the advocates to have enrolled themselves with the State Bar Council to appear for the AIBE 2019 exam.
The AIBE 2019 Admit Card is available on the candidates login. Candidates can visit the official website and click on “Login AIBE-XII”. Next, the students will have to enter their credentials and login to their profile. Next, in the dashboard, students will be able to see the Admit Card section. After clicking on the same, students will be asked for details such as Registration Number and Date of birth. The admit card will be shown to the candidates on the screen and they can take a printout of the same.
Details such as the name of the candidate, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, exam timings, Date of Birth, Exam Venue, Roll number, Application Number, and the course will be mentioned on the admit card. In the event that the candidates have any discrepancies in the Admit Card, they can contact the Bar Council of India at any of their helpline numbers available on the official website and also their official mail – [email protected].
Items Prohibited at AIBE 2019 Exam Centre
Although, AIBE 2019 is going to be conducted as an Open book exam, still there are some restrictions on what you can bring at the exam centres. Mobile Phones, Laptops, and such electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall. Students can also not bring any devices with a radio transceiver. Candidates found in possession of these items/devices will not be allowed to give the AIBE 2019 exam.
AIBE 2019 Exam Pattern
AIBE 2019 will be conducted in the offline mode. In the AIBE 2019 exam, the students will have to answer 100 Multiple choice questions. AIBE is an open book exam and thus students can bring their study material with them. Students will be given 3 Hrs and 30 Mins to complete the exam. There are 2 parts of the AIBE 2019 Question Paper – Part 1, having questions from the Category I, and Part 2 having 09 questions from Category II of the AIBE 2019 Syllabus.
Qualification Criteria for AIBE 2019
To qualify the AIBE 2019 exam, students have to score at least 40% marks. This means that out of the total 100 marks, the students have to fetch at least 40 marks. However, the students must note that there are separate passing marks for both part 1 and part 2 of the question paper. To qualify in part 1 the students need to score at least 31 marks, whereas, in part 2, candidates have to score at least 09 marks. Hence, in all, candidates have to get 40 marks (31+09 = 40).
