Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS) released the admit card for the OAVS entrance examination on its official website oav.edu.in. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on March 04, 2022. OAVS entrance is conducted to recruit students who seek admission to Class 6 (direct entry) and Classes 7, 8 and 9 (lateral entry). The exam is conducted to select candidates for 314 schools under the OAVS scheme. The date of result publication has not been announced yet by OAVS.

Step 3: Enter the login credentials.
Step 4: Click on login.

As per the guidelines, students are required to report to the examination centre at least half an hour before the commencement of the exam. The admit card for the OAVS exam 2022 admit card mentions the date and time of the exam, along with the allotted venue of the exam. It also has the following details:

- Father’s/Mother’s Name
- Duration of the exam
- Instructions for the exam
The examination is conducted for a duration of 2 hours across the selected centres in the state. Students will have to fill out the OMR sheet as the exam consists of only Multiple Choice Questions. As many as 13 questions each will be asked from Mathematics, English, Science and Social Science with each question carrying 1 mark and contributing to a total of 52 marks.

Reservation of seats
There is a reservation of 50% seats for the girl students appearing in the examination. Students belonging to the SC/ ST and those with more than 40% disability(PwD) are also entitled to reservation. Preference will also be given to the wards of employees in OAVS.
