The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) has not yet released the revised and final answer keys for the UPTET 2021-2022 exam yet. Earlier, the answer key was supposed to be out yesterday, but clearly, there has been no update regarding that. Candidates now seem to be baffled regarding this development and are now in want of answers regarding this apparent delay. UPBEB has not indicated anything regarding this but sources have much to add.
The assembly elections in the state are currently underway and the model code of conduct has already been imposed. Due to this, the Pariksha Niyamik Pradhikari had to seek permission from the government. As per reports, the permission has not been granted yet. Every source on YouTube has claimed that the sole reasons why the revised answer key has not been published yet is due to the elections and the pending permission from the government’s end.
When PNP Secretary released the examination schedule, the model code of conduct was not implemented in the state. However, when the elections started, the same got implemented and the Secretary had to seek permission from the government. Until yesterday evening, there wasn’t any update from the government’s end.
When will the answer key be released?
It is now being reported that the UPTET revised answer key 2021-2022 is expected to be released after the declaration of the election results, i.e. after March 10, 2022. The UPTET examination was successfully conducted on January 23, 2022, for both primary and upper primary levels. The results will only be announced after the revised answer key is published on the official website – updeled.gov.in.
As per sources, the final UPTET revised answer key 2021-2022 has been prepared already. However, without permission, the concerned officials are unable to publish the same.
This leaves the candidates with only today’s time to see if the answer keys get published or not. However, taking into consideration all the latest developments, it now seems to be a far-fetched dream. The provisional answer keys were released earlier and objections have already been sought from the candidates.
UPTET Result 2021-2022
The results are supposed to be out tomorrow, i.e. February 25, 2022, while the revised answer key was expected to be made available on February 23, 2022. However, since the answer key has not been released yet, it is likely that the results will not be announced tomorrow. Going by the reports, the final answer key is now being expected to be published after March 10, 2022. Hence, the results will only be announced after the publication of the final answer key, which will tentatively be after March 10, 2022.
