The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has successfully concluded the exam for the first paper of the WBJEE 2022 exam. A duration of two hours was given to solve the paper and as such, the allotted time was from 11 AM to 1 PM. Now, with the conclusion of Paper I, candidates seem to be in search of the exam analysis along with question paper solutions and answer keys. The next paper or Paper II for Physics and Chemistry is scheduled from 2 PM to 4 PM.
Question Paper Analysis
The Mathematics paper of WBJEE 2022 followed an objective-type or MCQ pattern of questions. A total of 75 questions were asked for a total of 100 marks. These questions, however, were divided into three categories. While the first category comprised 50 questions, the second and the third categories had 15 and 10 questions, respectively. Note that there will be a 25% negative marking for first and second category questions.
Where to get answer keys?
With the conclusion of the exam, candidates seem to be in want of the answer keys. Although the official answer keys have not been released, the unofficial ones are expected to be released by the coaching centres and subject experts. These answer keys and exam analysis can be accessed from the channels of these coaching centres.
Channels such as MathonGo, Edulavya 2.0, School of Learning, Math 4All Bongo Shikkha, Akash Time Education, etc. are some of the coaching centres from where one can get the question paper solutions. Although unofficial, these solutions can help one to calculate a tentative score in the Mathematics exam. For some reference, the direct links have been attached below.

Paper I or Mathematics of WBJEE 2022 comprised questions from Algebra, Trigonometry, Coordinate geometry of two dimensions, Coordinate geometry of three dimensions and Calculus. These topics were divided into further sub-topics. The official answer keys are likely to be released on the official website – wbjeeb.nic.in within a few days’ time. WBJEE 2022 is being held amidst all COVID-19 protocols. Candidates had to reach the examination halls at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the exam.
