West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the model answer keys for WBJEE 2021 exam on its official website wbjeeb.nic.in. Along with the window to challenge the model answer keys of the WBJEE 2021 exam, WBJEEB has also announced that the candidates can challenge the model answer keys. The last date to download and challenge the model answer keys is July 22, 2021. WBJEEB has also released an official notice that the OMR sheet responses of the candidates will be released in the 1st week of August 2021 and candidates will be given a span of two days to raise any complaint or query related to OMR responses.
Candidates who have not downloaded the model answer keys yet are requested to download it as early as possible because, after July 22, 2021, they will not be able to challenge it, even if they wanted to.
To view and challenge the model answer key of WBJEE 2021, candidates can follow the steps given below:
- First of all, candidates have to visit the official website of WBJEEB i.e. wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Now click on the “WBJEE” tab available on the home page
- Here, candidates have to click on the “View/Challenge Answer Key WBJEE 2021” option.
- After clicking on this option, the new page opens where there are two options of login i..e either through application number and password or through application number and date of birth. Candidates can click on any of these options to log in to their accounts.
- After login, click on the “Download Answer Key” button and download it.
- To raise the objections against the model answer key, candidates have to select the particular questions and their answers on which they have objections.
- After selecting the questions, candidates have to write why they are challenging the particular questions and answers by attaching some valid documents to support their query.
- Upon challenging the particular question and answer, candidates have to pay Rs. 200 as a fee and download the acknowledgment page for future use.
WBJEE 2021 is a state-level entrance exam that was conducted for the candidates who want to get admission to the 1st year of the different engineering courses in the colleges of West Bengal state. The exam was held by WBJEEB. This year, due to the covid-19 pandemic, the exam was delayed, and to balance the delay time, WBJEEB has announced in an official notice that the WBJEE 2021 result will be published as soon as possible and the counseling process will be started immediately after the result. The WBJEE 2021 counseling process will be conducted through an online mode.
