District Recruitment Bureau, Virudhunagar has released an official notification for the recruitment of Salesperson and Packer. DRB, Virudhunagar has announced 105 vacancies out of which 94 are for Salesperson and 11 are for Packer. Interested candidates can download the notification with Advt. No. 03/2020 and the application form for each post from the official website, vnrdrb.net. The process for the offline submission of application form has started from June 18, 2020, onwards. Candidates can submit their forms on or before the last date of application form submission that is July 15, 2020.
Application forms are accepted only if candidates are fulfilling the eligibility norms prescribed by the District Recruitment Bureau, Virudhunagar. Candidates must have passed 10+2 class in order to apply for Salesperson. To apply for Packer vacancies, aspirants should possess 10th pass certificate. In addition, an applicant must know how to read, write and speak the Tamil language. The age limit of the candidates is calculated as on January 01, 2020. The minimum age limit for both the posts is 18 years. The upper age limit of other category candidates is 30 years. However, there is no upper age limit for Adi Dravidar, Adi Dravida Arundhatiyar, Tribes, Most Backward Classes / Backers, Backward Classes, Backward Classes (Muslim) and all classes of supportless widows, ex-servicemen widows and other disabled widows.
The procedure for the submission of the forms is conducted through an offline process. Candidates have to download the application form for Packer and Salesperson from vnrdrb.net. They have to pay Rs.150/- as the application fee for Salesperson and Rs.100/- for the post of Packer. The filled-out application form along with the requisite documents should be submitted by post or in-person to The Joint Station, Co-Registrar’s Office of the Co-operative Societies, District Collectorate Office Complex, Virudhunagar 626002. Aspirants have to attach copies of their 10th certificate/+2 pass certificate, Caste certificate, and other requisite certificates that are mentioned in the application form.
The selection of all these vacancies is done on the basis of the interview round. After the verification of the candidate’s eligibility, District Recruitment Bureau, Virudhunagar invited candidates to appear for the interview round. DRB sends an invitation letter to appear for the interview round. Candidates have to present before the selection committee along with the original documents and copy of them on the day and time of the interview. Individuals to these positions are shortlisted based on the marks obtained in an interview, and a number of vacancies. Those who do not attend the interview are not considered for the post applied.
