UTET Answer Key 2018 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 has been released. The unofficial answer key has been released by the various reputed coaching centers. The answer key has been published at different sources like on facebook and youtube. The answer key was released on December 14, 2018. UTET Answer Key 2018 help the candidates in predicting their scores in the examination.
Candidates can only estimate their correct scored by following the marking criteria. For each correct answer, 01 marks will be awarded. For each incorrect answer, 0 marks will be deducted which means that there will be no negative marking in the examination. Answer Key for Paper 1 and Paper 2 subject wise has been released.
The UTET 2018 has two papers that are paper I and paper II. The paper I and paper 2 is for Primary level and Upper Primary level respectively. The questions in the paper 1 exam were asked from Child development and pedagogy, Mathematics, Environmental Studies and the languages chosen by the candidates as the language I and II. In the paper II questions were asked from Child development and pedagogy, First Language (Hindi / English), Second Language (Hindi / English / Sanskrit /Urdu), Mathematics / Science (for Mathematics and Science Teachers), Social Studies (for Social Studies Teachers), Others (for Other Subject Teachers). The candidates had to complete the entire paper of 150 questions in 02 and half hours.
The Uttarakhand State Education Board will release the official UTET answer key in the last week of December 2018. And after considering upon the objections submitted by the candidates, the final answer will be released. The result for the UTET may release in the February 2019, however, this is just the speculations there is no such notice released by the official. Only official answer key will be taken into consideration for calculating the marks.
The candidates who secure the marks more than or equals to minimum qualifying marks will be treated as the qualified in UTET 2018. In order to qualify the test the general category candidates have to score minimum 60% marks, and OBC/Differently Abled Class have to score 50 % marks. And here the SC/ST candidates get the relaxation and have to obtain 40% marks.
