UPTET 2018 has been held. The candidates who appeared for the exam can now download UPTET Answer Key 2018 for Paper 1 and 2. The answer key has been provided by unofficial sources, which are reputed institutions and coaching centres. The official answer key will be available a few days later.
UPTET 2018 exam was held today i.e. on November 18, 2018. Paper-1 was conducted in the morning shift i.e. from 10:00 a.m to 12: 30 p.m while for the Paper-2, the timings for the exam was from 03:00 pm to 05:30 pm. The result of UPTET 2018 is expected to be available in the month of December 2018.
To use the answer key, the candidates can follow the marking scheme for UPTET 2018 provided by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board. In Paper-1 and in Paper-2, there were 150 questions for 150 marks. Each question contains 01 marks. All the questions need to be done within 2 and a half hours. So, the candidates can provide 1 mark for each correct answer. There is no negative marking in UPTET 2018. For any unattempted question, there is no deduction of marks. So, add all the correct answers and make a total. It will be estimated scores for UPTET exam 2018.
The official answer key of UPTET 2018 will be released by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board at upbasiceduboard.gov.in. The candidates will be able to check it from the official website online. First, the provisional answer key will be released and the candidates will be able to challenge it. The challenges submitted by the candidates will be scrutinized and as per it the final answer key will be released. Final answer key will also be released for the students but it will not be open to challenges. The final key will be used to prepare the result of the exam.
Initially, it was expected that the result of UPTET 2018 will be announced on November 20, 2018, when the exam was about to be held on November 04, 2018. But later the exam got postponed and so as the result declaration date.The official UPTET Answer Key 2018 will be released by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board. It will be available online on the official website upbasiceduboard.gov.in. Candidates will get the link of the answer key on the homepage. After clicking on the link, the answer key will appear. It will be available in the pdf format. First, the provisional answer key will be released. Then the final answer key will be available after the rectification.
