The Union Public Service Commission is very likely to publish the NDA 1 2021 result today on June 28, 2021, or tomorrow as per latest reports. UPSC conducted the NDA 1 2021 written exam this year on April 18, 2021. Based on the previous few year’s schedule of releasing the result, it has been anticipated that the result will release on or before June 29, 2021.
Analysis of the previous few year’s schedule of releasing the NDA 1 written exam result shows that the result releases after a gap of approximately 57-58 days. In 2019, the NDA 1 exam was held on April 21, 2021, and the result was declared after 57 days i.e., on June 18, 2021. Last year was an exception when the UPSC conducted the NDA 1 & 2 exams on a single day due to disruption of the usual schedule as a result of the pandemic. The result was released after a gap of 32 days.
Why NDA 1 Result 2021 is expected to release today?
Based on the usual schedule for releasing the NDA 1 result, this year, the NDA 1 2021 result was earlier expected to be released by the mid of June i.e., June 15, 2021. However, till date, the Commission has not released the result. Besides, UPSC has not confirmed any official date of release of the NDA 1 2021 result. With only 2 days remaining before the month of June 2021 ends, it is now expected that the UPSC may release the NDA 1 2021 result today i.e. on June 28, 2021. If the result is not released today, then chances are that the UPSC will not delay the schedule and further and release the NDA 1 2021 result by tomorrow i.e., June 29, 2021.
An important reason as to why the NDA 1 2021 result is expected to release by today or tomorrow is that the last date to apply for the NDA 2 2021 exam is also tomorrow i.e. June 29, 2021. As such, candidates who have appeared in the NDA 1 2021 exam earlier this year need to know the result in order to decide whether they want to appear in the NDA 2 2021 exams as well in order to improve their score. With the last date to apply for the NDA 2 2021 tomorrow, therefore, there is a high possibility that the Commission will release the NDA 1 2021 result either today or latest by tomorrow i.e. June 29, 2021, before the NDA 2 2021 registration window closes.

As per convention, a merit list of candidates is released by the Commission on the website indicating the roll number and name wise list of candidates who have qualified through the NDA 1 2021 written exam. Those who qualify the written have to log in to the respective Army/Navy/Air Force website for the SSB Interview date.
