The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the NDA 2 Result 2018, on November 30, 2018. The examination for NDA 2 was conducted on September 09, 2018 and since then the candidates were waiting for their result which has been announced finally. The NDA 2 Result 2018 has been published online, at upsc.gov.in.
The candidates can check their result for UPSC NDA 2 through the pdf. To get it, go to the official website. On the homepage of the website, the candidates need to click on the relevant link for NDA 2 Result 2018. It is available in the pdf format and consist of roll numbers of only those candidates who have qualified for the Interview round. To check if a candidate’s roll number is in the result pdf or now, then you should press Ctrl+F and then enter your Roll Number in the box. If you roll number is in the pdf then it will be highlighted.

Along with the details of the qualifiers, the UPSC NDA 2 Result 2018 pdf also consist of details of the next round of the recruitment process. Now that the result has been announced, the qualifiers of UPSC NDA 2 2018, will have to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website at joinindianarmy.nic.in within two weeks of announcement of written result. The candidates who will successfully register will then be allotted Selection Centers and dates, of SSB interview which shall also be communicated on registered e-mail ID. At the time of Interview, the shortlisted candidates will have to submit original certificates of Age and Educational Qualification to respective Service Selection Boards (SSBs).
Furthermore, the Commission has also notified that it will publish the mark-sheet of the candidates within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result. The Candidates appearing for the SSB interview for the first time for a particular type of Commission i.e. Permanent or Short Service, shall be entitled for AC III Tier to and fro railway fare or bus fare including reservation cum sleeper charges within the Indian limits. However, those who will apply again for the same type of Commission will not be entitled to travelling allowance on any subsequent occasion.
The Union Public Service Commission conducted the NDA 2 2018 recruitment examination for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 142nd Course, and for the 104th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from July 02, 2019. On the basis of the candidate’s performance in the written examination and Interview, approximately, 339 number of vacancies will be filled for NDA out of which 208 for Army, 39 for Navy and 92 for Air Force, also, 44 number of vacancies will be filled for Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme).
