Today i.e. on December 12, 2018, Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) has declared the UPTET Result 2018 for Upper Primary Level examination. The result has been made available at the official website i.e. upbasiceduboard.gov.in. For checking the result candidates have to mention their roll number and enter the provided captcha at the UP TET 2018 Upper Primary Result login page. The Upper Primary Level Examination (class VI-VIII) was held on November 18, 2018, has been declared.
The result is based on the scores scored by the candidates in the paper II (upper primary level). After checking the result candidates should take the print out it for future reference. The candidates who have scored minimum 60% marks or more those will be considered as qualified candidates.
UPTET Qualified candidates will be awarded the Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate. This certificate will be only considered in the UP state and the candidates who will be having the upper primary level certificate those will be eligible to apply for the teaching profile. The candidates who have qualified the Paper 2 of UPTET is eligible to teach the class 6 to 8 students.
On November 18, 2018, around 5,69,515 candidates had appeared for the UPTET 2018 upper primary level examination. Out of those candidates, 1,88,646 have cleared the exam.
However, UPTET Result 2018 for the primary level examination was announced on November 04, 2018. But the candidates got to know their results on November 05, 2018. In the primary level exam, 3,66,285 candidates qualified for the exam. Those candidates who had cleared the UPTET 2018 exam can apply for the 69,000 vacancies for the assistant teacher.
If the candidate’s eligibility certificate lost or destroyed then candidates have to claim for the duplicate certificate from the board.
