On May 20, 2019, Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education (UBTER), Roorkee, has announced UBTER JEEP 2019 Result on its official website, ubter.in. UBTER 2019 Result is said to release in the form of individual rank card over login. Further, these selected candidates are asked to appear for the computerised counselling round.
The UBTER JEEP 2019 score is used for admission in 69 Government, out of which 2 are for Girls, and 1 government aided polytechnic colleges in Joint Entrance Examination & Training, Research Development Cell, Uttarakhand.
How To Download UBTER JEEP 2019 Rank Card?
To download the UBTER JEEP rank card, a candidate needs to visit the official website and look for “JEEP Rank Card” under the “Joint Entrance Exam Polytechnics 2019” heading. From there, a candidate is redirected to a page where he/she needs to enter JEEP 2019 exam roll number to download their rank cards.
After viewing the rank card, a candidate needs to save a copy of the same to complete further admission round. Details like candidate’s name, father’s name, roll number, date of birth, category, sub category, gender, application form number, group and rank is printed on the rank card.
No facility of reevaluation or rechecking is provided to the candidates, after result declaration. Also, in case of two or more candidates attaining the same merit scores, a particular tie breaking policy is followed. The first parameter to resolve a tie situation is that of date of birth of such candidates.
The older candidate is preferred under such circumstances. If further the tie persists, then the authorities prefer the candidate with higher marks in Mathematics, followed by Science/ Chemistry and then Biology, respectively. If further the tie situation remains unresolved, the final decision lies in the hands of the concerned exam conducting body.
Further, on the basis of the ranks obtained, Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education prepares and releases merit list. The seat are allocated on the basis of the merit secured in the exam. One by one, all those candidate whose name appears in the list are called for the final round of admission, i.e counselling. The UBTER JEEP 2019 merit list is said to be released over the official website, ubter.in.
A computerised counselling round is conducted for admission to various diploma courses. The schedule for this round shall be released on University’s website soon. No candidates are individually notified by providing separate call letters for this purpose. All the details/ documents, provided by a candidate at the time of applying is verified over this round and on this basis, a candidate is finally allotted their desired seat (as per their merit).
