Kakatiya University, Warangal, is all set to conduct the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) 2021 on August 19 and 20, 2021. The exam will be conducted through the computer-based format on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). Authorities have already released the TS ICET 2021 admit cards on the official website icet.tsche.ac.in.
Candidates are advised to download and print a copy of their admit cards a day before the exam. The reason is that candidates have to bring their admit cards to the exam centre and appear for the entrance test. With less than 24 hours for the TS ICET 2021 exam, here are all the important instructions that candidates must know.
TS ICET 2021 is going to be conducted on August 19 and 20, 2021. On the first date, the exam will be held in two shifts – 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. On the second day, the exam will be conducted from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
On the exam date, candidates are instructed to carry certain important documents with them for document verification. These documents include – 1. A printed copy of TS ICET 2021 admit card, 2. A passport size photograph, 3. Fully-filled application form and 4. A valid ID proof. An ID proof can include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport or any other government-provided ID.
It is mandatory for candidates to brings these documents with them to the exam centre. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification of the candidate. At the same time, aspirants are advised to follow all social-distancing protocols outside the exam centre. To avoid overcrowding, they are advised to reach the allotted centre an hour before to complete the formalities.
Apart from mentioning the things to carry, authorities have also mentioned the things which are strictly prohibited. These include any printed or study material, mobile phones, calculators, electronic gadgets, smartwatches or any edible items.
TS ICET 2021 examination will test a candidate’s intellectual capacity based on three subjects – Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability and Communication Ability. While the first two sections will contain 75 questions, the third section will cover 50 questions. The entrance exam will contain 200 questions for a duration of 150 minutes. The paper will be for a maximum of 200 marks. Based on the score and rank obtained by candidates, they will be granted admission to MBA and MCA courses in colleges affiliated with TSCHE.
