Tripura Board of School Education (TBSE) has declared class 12th result 2020 on July 31, 2020. Students can check their TBSE 12th result 2020 online at tbse.in and tripuraresults.nic.in. Besides this, the board has also announced Trioura board 12th class Fazil results. The overall pass percentage for class 12 exam is 80.80% whereas the pass percentage of commerce is 78.56, for arts it is 79.52 and for science the pass percent is 89.85.
A total of 26,400 students appeared for TB HS examination 2020. Apart from the official website, the students can also check their results via SMS. To check the result via SMS, the students need to type TBSE12 <space> Roll Number and send the message to 54242.
To check TBSE HS class 12th result 2020, go to the official website first. Next, click on the link of the HS examination 2020. After clicking on the relevant link, enter the registration number and roll number. Now, click on the ‘show result’ button. Next, download the result and take a printout of it.
If a candidate is not satisfied with their result can apply for re-evaluation of answer scripts. The students will need to submit the revaluation application form to their respective schools latest by August 10 and the applications need to reach TBSE by August 14.
Though Tripura board class 10 (new syllabus) examinations were over prior the first Covid-19 lockdown, examinations of some papers of the rest Class 10 (old syllabus), class 12, Madrassa Alim, Fazil Arts and Theology were cancelled due to the pandemic. For the cancelled papers, the marks were determined based on the average of highest grades bagged by the students.
After a student qualifies class 12 exam by obtaining minimum passing marks, he/she will be eligible to apply for admissions in any undergraduate course in any college of India and abroad.
In the year 2019, TBSE class 12 science recorded 88.85% pass while the Humanities stream recorded 79.05% pass and 78.13% pass in Commerce stream. The girls have surpassed the boys in the results last year where the pass percentage of girls was 81.91% against the boys whose pass percentage was 79.10%.
