The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board has withheld the release of the TRB PG Assistant 2021 Online Application Form and as per reports, a latest Court Stay Order is to be blamed. Tamil Nadu TRB released the TRB PG Assistant 2021 notification on September 09, 2021, and the online registrations were scheduled to start from September 16, 2021, on the official website trb.tn.nic.in.
The TRB PG Assistant 2021 Application Form is delayed as media reports suggest that a latest stay order has been issued against the conduct of the recruitment in regards to meaningful participation of candidates with disabilities in the teacher recruitment drives conducted by the Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board.
The TRB PG Assistant 2021 application form link has therefore been withheld from publication online on the official website yesterday and there is no confirmation as of now, as to when the application form may be released. As per the notification released by the Board, the application process was scheduled to start yesterday on September 16, 2021, and end on October 17, 2021, to fill up more than 2200 vacancies for the posts of PG Assistants, Physical Education Directors Grade I and Computer Instructor Grade 1 in school education and other departments.
The latest court stay order is being circulated around the web by popular Youtube channels and is reportedly the reason behind the delay in the release of the application form. As per the stay order (WP No. 28474 of 2019), the State (Tamil Nadu Government) and concerned authorities have failed to take any step toward the meaningful participation of differently-abled candidates in the recruitment of teachers in the state although the matter has been pending since the year 2019.
The stay order reads that although the TRB PG Assistant Notification was published on September 09, 2021, but despite previous orders of this Court for reports to be filed to permit the meaningful participation of differently-abled persons, no guidelines in such regard have been issued.
The Court Stay Order concludes with the point that unless the relevant guidelines are in place, the recruitment process may not be permitted to be undertaken.
In such circumstances, it is unlikely for the TRB PG Assistant 2021 application form to be started anytime soon, at least till the matter is resolved by the Tamil Nadu Government by abiding by previous orders of the court. Aspiring candidates are however advised to remain vigilant on the official website for further updates related to TRB PG Assistant 2021 recruitment.
