TNUSRB PC result 2019 is out. It has been announced today at tnusrbonline.org. The board has published district wise lists of candidates who are eligible for PMT, ET, PET.
Men cut off marks for general category are 48 for GT, BC, MBC, SC. It is 47 for SCA, ST. And 38 for BCM. For women, the cut off scores for general are 38 for GT, BC, MBC, SC, SCA, ST. It is 28 for BCM.
To check the results, candidates need to go to tnusrbonline.org, and click on the link for list of candidates eligible for PMT ET PET. There results page has 32 lists; one each for Ariyalur, Madurai, Theni, Chennai, Nagapattinam, Tiruvallur, Coimbatore, Namakkal, Tiruvannamalai, Cuddalore, Perambalur, Tiruvarur, Dharmapuri, Pudukottai, Tuticorin, Dindigul, Ramnad, Tirunelveli, Erode, Salem, Tirupur, Kanchipuram, Sivagangai, Trichy, Kanyakumari, Tanjore, Vellore, Karur, Nilgris, Villupuram, Krishnagiri, Virudhunagar.
In each list, center code followed by roll number of qualified candidates is given. Candidates whose roll numbers are there in results file can get ready for the physical tests.
The final answer key, on the basis of which the results have been compiled, have also been released. As per the final answer key, 7 questions in each set had all the answers correct. This key has been created after going through objections of all candidates to the provisional answer key.
As of now there is no way to check individual scores. However it is expected that a login link to check individual results should soon be available. If provided, candidates will be able to login with enrollment number to know their marks in exam.
The next round is PMT ET PST. For the physical measurements test, candidates will have their height measures. The required height is 170 cms for general, BC, BC M, MBC, DNC candidates. And it is 167 cms for SC, SC A, ST candidates. In the case of female candidates, the heights should respectively be 159 cms, 157 cms. Chest measurement will only be done for males, and it should be 81 cms at least with minimum 5 cms expansion.
This will be followed by running race. Wherein men have to do 1500 metres in 7 minutes. Women will do 400 meters in 2 minutes 30 seconds. Physical efficiency tests shall entail involving rope climbing, long jump, high jump, running. Qualified candidates should go through PMT ET PST details from the notification and brochure.
TNUSRB PC recruitment 2019 is being conducted to fill 8826 vacancies. There are 8427 vacancies for police constables, 208 for jail warder, and 191 for firemen. A large number of candidates had applied for this recruitment as the educational qualification requirement was class 10th pass only.
Now that TNUSRB PC results are out, it is expected TNUSRB SI recruitment 2019 exam dates and admit cards should be released soon. The SI recruitment is for 969 vacancies, and has been pending since April.
