Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) shall hold written exam for Gr II Police Constable, Jail Warders, and Firemen Recruitment on July 14, 2019. This TNUSRB PC exam date 2019 is as per notification cum memorandum C.No.R2/850/2019. The exam will be held in Chennai and 31 districts. It will be of 80 minutes duration.
As per the notice, the written exam will be the second Sunday in month of July. In that case, admit card / hall ticket of TNUSRB PC 2019 can be downloaded from either last week of June, or first week of July. Candidates should keep their user ID and password handy in order to download hall tickets as soon as they release.
Furthermore, the board is establishing exam centres at closed venues such as schools and colleges that have adequate number of tables and chairs. At least 500 candidates shall be accommodated in each venue. In order to make the process of identifying such schools and colleges, the board has also formulated a model seating arrangement.
ADSP / AC ranking officers shall lead venue identification teams composed of Commissioner of Police from Greater Chennai Police, Chennai city as well as Superintendents of Police. TNUSRB has requested Commissioners of Police, Coimbatore, Thiruppur, Salem, Trichy, Madurai and Tirunelveli to nominate an officer in Commissionerate to assist SPs in districts in venue identification.
In March, Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board had released two notifications. Notification 01/2019 was for 8826+62 backlog vacancies of Gr II Police Constable, Jail Warders, and Firemen. Whereas Notification 02/2019 was for 969 vacancies of Sub-Inspector of Police. Last date to apply for former was April 8, 2019, and that for latter was April 19, 2019.
Now that some light has been thrown upon exam date for Notification 01/2019, it is expected that TNUSRB SI Exam Date 2019 for Notification 02/2019 shall also be revealed soon. Whenever that happens, candidates may look forward to hall ticket for TNUSRB SI 2019 as per it.
For TNUSRB PC Recruitment 2019, there are 8427 vacancies for Police Constable, 208 Jail Warder, and 191 Firemen. Selection shall be on basis of written exam, document verification, physical measurement test, physical endurance test.
And for TNUSRB SI Recruitment 2019, there are 660 vacancies of Sub-Inspector (TK), 276 vacancies of Sub-Inspector (AR), 33 vacancies of Sub-Inspector (TSP). Selection is on basis of writtene exam, physical measurement test, endurance test, physical efficiency test, viva voce.
Notification 01/2019 was published on March 6, 2019, and notification 02/2019 came two days later. Minimum educational qualification required for PC was class 10. Whereas that for SI is graduation. In response to both notifications, a large number of govt job aspirants have applied. All applicants have been waiting for exam date announcement since April when registrations closed.
The official website is tnusrbonline.org. Here, applicants will be able to download hall ticket prior to exam. TNUSRB has provided facility for candidates who have forgotten user ID and password. To get the user ID, candidates can enter their email ID. Whereas for password, one can enter user ID with email ID.
