Recruitment applications are invited by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, for filling in posts of Gardeners. The vacancies are available in different temples of TTD in YSR Kadapa district. In this regard, a detailed employment notice has been released at the official website i.e. tirumala.org. A total of 47 vacancies are advertised. The openings are further distributed across various categories. The last date to apply on the prescribed proforma is July 20, 2020.
A detailed notice of recruitment (Notification Number 1/2020) published at the Tirumala website indicates that the vacancy distribution in detail. The vacancies are bifurcated across the categories of OC-W (08), OC (16), SC-W (03), SC (04), ST-W (01), ST (02), BC-A-W (02), BC-B-W (02), BC-D-W (01), BC-A (02), BC0B (02), BC-D (02), VH-W (01) and HH (01). 75% of the vacancies are reserved for Telugu knowing candidates of Kadapa district. It is mandatory that individuals professing the Hindu religion are eligible to apply. Although not one of the essential qualifications, candidates with experience in Flower tying will be preferred.
In addition, the minimum age of applicants should be 18 years while the maximum age of the applicant must not be more than 42 years. 5 years relaxation is applicable for candidates of SC, ST and BC categories while candidates belonging to PH categories can avail relaxations on the upper age limit up to 10 years. Relaxations on the upper age limit are applicable to candidates belonging to specific reserved categories. Candidates must have passed the exam of Class 5 and have at least 02 years of experience in Gardening.
Applications for the aforementioned vacancies must only be sent offline on the prescribed proforma as per the directives given in the detailed recruitment notice. The proforma for application is appended with the detailed advertisement. Candidates are encouraged to go through the advertisement carefully to ensure that they comply with the minimum eligibility conditions before proceeding to apply.
The application form must be duly filled in and signed. Alongside, candidates must also affix a recent photograph of the dimension of 3.5 cm x 5 cm on the offline application form. All necessary certificates of educational qualification, proof of age, mark statement, experience, caste certificate, etc. must be enclosed in the form of government gazetted officer’s attested copies. The application form must be sent to Executive Officer, TTD, KT Road, Tirupati before the last date. All applications must be in an envelope superscribed with “Application for the post of Gardener TTD“.
Eligible candidates are to be selected for appointment on the basis of their eligibility and qualifications. The shortlisting process is done after the TTD has received all applications.
