Technology Development Board, under the Ministry of Science and Technology, is inviting applications for the recruitment of Scientist F and Scientist E post. The official notification for same with File no: TDB/15/2020- Admi is available on the official website, tdb.gov.in. The conducting body has announced 01 vacancies for the said posts. Candidates can submit their forms before September 18, 2020.
The candidates who are selected under this recruitment are liable to get posted anywhere in the country. They have to be present for the interview round for which the schedule will be out later. During their service period, Scientist F receives a monthly salary of Rs.131100 – 216600 and Scientist E gets Rs.123100 – 215900.
Candidates intending to apply for Scientist post must have post-graduation degree in Science or graduation in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university. Along with this, a minimum of 03 years of work experience in the field of technology financing/ technology commercialization is required. Those who have PhD or M. Tech in any discipline and have 04 years of work are also eligible to apply for the said posts. Their age must not exceed that of 56 years as on July 01, 2020. Aspirants who are applying on deputation basis must note they must hold an analogous post in Central Government/ State Government Autonomous bodies industry.
TDB conducts the applications procedure through an offline process where candidates have to download the form and submit it to the prescribed address. Candidates can get the TDB Scientist application from tdb.gov.in. They have to click on recruitment > Vacancy for the post of Scientist E/ F. Candidates have to mark the category (deputation, absorption or contract) under which they are applying for. Along with the form, they also have to submit the copies of educational qualifications, date of birth, experience certificate. Aspirants who are applying on deputation basis must submit the vigilance certificate, integrity certificate, attested copies of the ACRs/ Performance report for the last 05 years.
The duly filled applications for the announced posts should be submitted to the Director, Technology Development Board A-Wing, Ground Floor, Vishwakarma Bhawan, Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, New Delhi – 110016. The form should be sent through registered post or the post. The cover of the envelope should be superscribed with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SCIENTIST F / SCIENTIST E”. Those who wish to submit the application form by hand can submit it to Under Secretary, TDB and receive a duly signed receipt with the date marked on it.
