Tata Memorial Center, Mumbai is inviting online applications to fill up vacancies in various Non-Medical posts. 125 vacancies are advertised by TMC through Advt No. TMC/TMH/AD-43/2020 dated 22.07.2020. The recruitment advertisement containing the elaborate details of the recruitment terms & conditions, selection method and post details among others is available at the official website tmc.gov.in. As per the detailed notice of recruitment, eligible and interested candidates can apply online at the official website till August 12, 2020.
There are 115 vacancies available for the post of Female Nurse ‘A’. 01 vacancy each is available for the posts of Assistant Nursing Superintendent, Clinical Coordinator (Neurosurgery), Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Central Sterile Supply Department), Technician ‘C’ (ICU), Technician ‘A’ (Multi-skilled) and Assistant Security Officer. 02 vacancies are available for the post of Technician ‘C’ (Dental & Prosthetics Surgery). In addition, there are 02 vacancies for the post of Technician ‘A’ (Plumber).
Candidates below the age of 40 years and having an M.Sc. (Nursing) with 03 years of experience or a B.Sc. (Nursing) with 5 years experience out of which 2 years must be in a Clinical Field, are eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Nursing Superintendent. Candidates within the age of 30 years and having GNM with a Diploma in Oncology Nursing & 2 years of experience in 50 bedded hospitals are eligible to apply for the posy of Female Nurse ‘A’. Candidates having basic or post-basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with 2 years of experience in 50 bedded hospitals are also eligible to apply. Such applicants must have proper nursing registration. Candidates within the age of 30 years and having a Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery along with 5 years of experience in OT (minimum 3 years in neurosurgery OT) are eligible to apply for the post of Clinical Coordinator (Neurosurgery). Experience in handling neurosurgery equipment is also essential for such applicants.
Candidates having a B.Sc. degree with 50% marks and within the age of 30 years are eligible to apply for the post of Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (CSSD). Such candidates must also have 2 years experience as CSSD Technician in a Sterilization Department of a large hospital. Candidates having higher qualifications in this regard and knowledge of surgical instrumentation are desired for this post. Candidates within the age of 30 years, who have passed class 12 in Science and have acquired 1 year/6 months Diploma in ICU/OT/Electronics are eligible to apply for the post of Technician ‘C’ (ICU). Such applicants must have 3 years of experience. 12th pass candidates with Diploma (1year/6months) in Dental Hygiene and 3 years of experience are eligible to apply for the post of Technician ‘C’ (Dental & Prosthetics) Surgery. Applicants must be within the maximum age of 30 years.
12th (Science) pass candidates within the age of 27 years and have a Diploma (1year/6month) in Plumbing and 1 year of experience are eligible to apply for the post of Technician ‘A’ (Plumber). Candidates having the same qualifications are also eligible to apply for the post of Technician ‘A’ (Multi-skilled). Ex-servicemen/Para-Military/Police Force who has been in service for at least 15 years and has a minimum of a graduate degree are eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Security Officer. Graduate civilians who have NCC ‘C’ certificate and 5 years of experience as an Officer/Supervisor/Assistant in Security services are also eligible to apply for this post. Applicants for this post must be within the age range of 25within the age of 27 years and passed 12th Standard in Science along with Diploma (1 Year/6 month) in Plumbing a to 37 years and have a valid two-wheeler and LMV driver’s license.
Applications are only received through online mode. An application fee of Rs 300 must be remitted online using Debit/Credit card. SC/ST, female candidates, PWD, and ESM candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee. The selection of eligible applicants is to be done through an interview/written exam/skill test as per the information provided by them in the application form. Therefore, candidates are advised to read the recruitment notice carefully before applying. Incomplete applications are not accepted. Those who are selected can be posted in any Unit of TMC in India.
