The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is presently conducting the Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2021. This is the Tier 1 examination that will be held over a span of one month. As per the schedule, the examination already started on November 16 and will continue till December 15. The first two days of the examination have already concluded and various coaching institutes and subject experts have released the answer keys.
Candidates are of the opinion that the exam held on November 16 had a moderate level of difficulty. General Knowledge saw quite many questions from current affairs while Mathematics had questions from profit and loss, simple interest, etc. On the other hand, candidates from the second shift of November 17 said that the question paper had a high difficulty level. Overall, Mathematics was tough for most candidates while Reasoning and Hindi were comparatively easy.
These answer keys can now be accessed via YouTube. All one has to do is type ‘SSC GD Constable answer key 2021’ on the search box and go through the videos that filter out. Although unofficial, these answer keys can help candidates get an idea of the number of correct answers they have marked and a tentative score. Some coaching institutes that one can refer to are Examपुर, SSC Adda247, Study Exam Academy, Study in Hindi, MD Classes etc.
As per the official notification, the tentative answer keys of the computer-based examination (CBE) are going to be uploaded on the Commission’s website. Candidates will be able to go through the answer keys and submit representations by paying Rs 100 for each question. These representations have to be submitted online and not by any other means.
SSC GD Constable 2021 exam comprises four parts, i.e. general intelligence and reasoning, general knowledge and general awareness, elementary mathematics, and English or Hindi. Each part has 25 questions with a maximum of 25 marks. The total marks for the exam is 100 and for every incorrect answer, there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks.
Candidates will be shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) as per their performance in the (CBE). The test will be conducted at various centres as finalized by the CAPFs. Candidates found eligible as per height parameters will undergo PET.
