Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official SSC GD Constable Answer Key 2019 on April 26, 2019. The answer key has been released at the official website i.e. ssc.nic.in. It is available at the login and the candidates who appeared for the exam between February 11 to March 11, 2019, can check it and predict their scores in the exam.
For checking SSC GD Constable answer key 2019, go to the official website and search the login link. To access the login, enter user id and password. Next, the candidates need to click on the login button. In the dashboard, read all the important instructions and when done close it. The candidates will then get to see two tabs for objection and question paper with answers. Click on the question paper with answer tab and check the answer key of SSC GD Constable 2019.
In the answer key of SSC GD Constable 2019, the candidates will get to see the question, chosen answer, and correct answer. The correct answer will be marked with a green tick. Whereas, the answer key marked by the candidates, for each question, will be given on the right hand side of the screen.
Answer key helps the candidates in estimating the marks of the candidates. To do so, cross check the correct answers in the key with that marked in the exam. Then, add 1 mark for each answer that matches. When this will be done for all the questions, the predicted score will be calculated.
The SSC GD Result 2019 will be declared on May 31, 2019. The result will be purely based on the performance of the candidates. The result will be declared in the form of pdf and will contain the name and roll number of the qualified candidates.
The candidates who will qualify the examination those will be shortlisted for appearing in next round i.e. Physical Efficiency Test / Physical Standard Test (PET/PST). The candidates who will be shortlisted for the appearing PET / PST for those only admit card will be issued. During the PET, the candidates will run for 5 kms in 24 minutes. However, female candidates only need to run 1.6 kms, in 8.5 minutes.
The criteria for PST is that the height of the male candidates should be 170 cm and that of the females should be 157 cms. This is for General, OB, and SC candidates. The chest expansion for male candidates 80/5 cms. The height of ST male and candidates should be 16.5 cms and 150 cms, respectively. The chest expansion for ST male candidates is 76/5.
In total 52,20,335 candidates registered for SSC GD Constable 2019 recruitment and among them, 30,41,284 appeared for the examination. The computer-based examination (CBT) was conducted in a total of 297 venues among the total 125 centers was in the cities and 31 in States / UTs. The examination was conducted in 3 shifts.
